Dan Chambers
Pulpit Minister
Dan loves to preach the Word of God and, after more than 25 years in full-time ministry, he still can’t believe he gets paid to do so! Since the summer of 2009, he has considered himself to be “livin’ a dream” by serving the Concord Road church as their Preaching Minister.
In addition to his preaching and teaching ministry, Dan also likes to dabble in writing books on theology. He received his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Applied Theology from Southern Seminary, and he also has advanced degrees in Biblical Studies from Indiana University--Fort Wayne.
He met his wife, Leola, when they were both undergraduate students at Lipscomb University way back in the late 80s and they have two grown children and one precious granddaughter. On the personal side, Dan likes hiking, reading historical fiction, watching action movies, and plotting new travel adventures with Leola. Dan prefers cats over dogs and he is an avid Alabama football fan!

William sharp
Associate Minister
William has been serving in ministry for many years and enjoys every minute of it! Before coming to Concord Road in 2024, William served as the Campus Minister for the Tide for Christ Student Ministry for 12 years at the University of Alabama. While also in the role of Associate Minister at Concord Road, he is a Chaplain with the Alabama Army National Guard and has been in the military since 2009.
He has a PhD in Leadership and Business and an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master of Divinity from Heritage Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Freed-Hardeman University.
William and Rachel met while attending Freed-Hardeman University in 2009. They have been married since 2013 and have three children: Harlan, Henry, and Hazel. Rachel is an elementary school teacher, and they love to spend time with family, travel, and cheer on the Atlanta Braves!

Will Connelly
Youth Minister
Will comes from a long line of ministers from both sides of his family. He considers himself extremely blessed to have been raised in the Church. Will was blessed to serve as the Concord Road intern in the summer of 2021 where he made amazing memories.
Will was born and raised in the Nashville and Brentwood areas. Will attended Freed-Hardeman University, where he graduated in 2022 with both an MBA and BBA in Marketing. He previously worked as a benefits counselor in Dickson, Tennessee.
Will and Jaelyn recently got married in November 2025! He loves the game of basketball, the outdoors, fishing, Christopher Nolan movies, having fun with friends, and meeting new people. On Saturdays, Will can be found wearing orange. Go Vols!

Melissa Tolbert
Office Administrator
Melissa has a long history with Concord Road, having been a member since 1973. In fact, her grandfather served as one of the first elders in the congregation. She and her husband, Tommy, were married at Concord Rd. in 1981 and raised two daughters here. Back in the 1980s, Melissa worked at the congregation's preschool—a role she served in for seven years. Since 2006, she has served as the office administrator. When she's not working in the office, you'll likely find her trying to keep up with Tommy or looking for opportunities to be a doting grandmother.
Molly Rawlins
Office Administrator
Molly has been a member of Concord Road Church of Christ since 2012 and has joyfully served as a teacher at Concord Road Preschool since 2013. She and her husband, Brandon, married in 2007 and are blessed with one son, Ethan.
In 2025, Molly joined the Concord Road office staff and loves being part of the team. Outside of school and the office, she most often can be found with a book in one hand with a cup of coffee in the other. She loves spending time with her family, especially playing board games and cheering on the University of Alabama Crimson Tide!

Bailie Pegg
Childrens Coordinator
Bailie Pegg brings her passion for nurturing young minds to our community as the Children's Coordinator at Concord Road Church of Christ. With a background in accounting and communications, Bailie discovered her true calling in fostering a love for learning and growth in our youngest members. Her journey began at Freed-Hardeman University, where she earned her BBA/MBA in Accounting while also cultivating a minor in communications. However, it was her innate ability to communicate, teach, and lead that drew her to the fulfilling role of guiding and supporting our children. She embraces every opportunity to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a sense of community among the children within our congregation.
NOah Bankhead
Facilities Manager
Noah Bankhead uses his skills to help coordinate efforts at the building as the facilities manager at Concord Road Church of Christ. Using his background in communications and marketing, Noah was able to transfer his skills into this role allowing him to coordinate and organize tasks that keep the grounds well maintained. Noah decided to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications at Harding University. With a passionate energy, Noah strives to help make Concord Road Church of Christ a warm and welcoming environment that fosters growth and community.

Treasurer
Kevin and his family have attended Concord Road since 2010, and he has served as a deacon since 2013. He enjoys working with numbers and supporting our church’s ministries and missionaries.

ryan daniel
Counselor
Ryan Daniel is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider in the state of Tennessee. Ryan is now in his 16th year of practice working with churches in the Middle TN area and running his own private practice. Some of the areas that he works with on a regular basis include anxiety, depression, marital and family problems, pre-martial counseling as well as many other presenting issues. Ryan also served as an associate and youth minister for the Concord Road Church of Christ between 2004-2010 and was a teacher at the TN Children’s Home from 2001-2004. He has been married to his wife Jessica for over 20 years and they have two sons, Will and James.
