Bailie White brings her passion for nurturing young minds to our community as the Children's Coordinator at Concord Road Church of Christ. With a background in accounting and communications, Bailie discovered her true calling in fostering a love for learning and growth in our youngest members. Her journey began at Freed-Hardeman University, where she earned her BBA/MBA in Accounting while also cultivating a minor in communications. However, it was her innate ability to communicate, teach, and lead that drew her to the fulfilling role of guiding and supporting our children. She embraces every opportunity to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a sense of community among the children within our congregation.

With her warm and welcoming spirit, Bailie strives to create an environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and eager to explore their faith. Her blend of skills, enthusiasm, and genuine care makes her an invaluable part of our church family, guiding our youngest members on their spiritual journey.
