Monday Motivation | Faithful Over Famous: What God Really Want From You
So many people today chase fame, followers, and going viral—but God’s measure of success is different. In this week’s Monday Motivation, DJ shares the parable of the talents from Matthew 25 and reminds us that what matters most is not being famous but being faithful.
Jesus never said, “Well done, good and famous servant.” He said, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” That’s what we’re called to be. Whether you’ve been given five talents, two talents, or even one, God expects us to use what He has placed in our hands for His glory—not bury it in fear or comparison.
This devotional will encourage you to:
✅ Stop comparing your life to others on social media
✅ Recognize that every gift—even the ones that seem small—has eternal purpose
✅ See how faithfulness lasts far longer than fame ever will
✅ Choose to live for the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant”
We’ll also look at how even the “pinky toe” of the body (1 Corinthians 12:22) has a vital purpose. Just like every part of the body is indispensable, so are you. You may never be viral on Earth, but you can be celebrated in Heaven for being faithful.
🙌 This week’s challenge: Take inventory of what God has given you—time, skills, opportunities—and ask: Am I being faithful, or am I burying what He’s entrusted to me?
